David Singh, called “Dave”, appeared before Magistrate Dylon Bess at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrates’ Court, where the charge was read to him.
He was arrested on 26 July and charged on 29 July, contrary to Section 194 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01.
Singh pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced accordingly.
